2. After the order or approved payment is received, we prepare a 3D CAD design.
3. Review and approve the CAD before production begins.
4. We provide progress updates during production.
5. Final photographs and video are shared before dispatch.

Jewelry Care

Clean the ring gently using a soft microfiber or jewelry-polishing cloth. Store it separately in a lined jewelry box or soft pouch. Avoid harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, heavy impact, and strenuous activities while wearing the ring.

Because diamonds extend around the entire band, remove the ring before lifting weights, gardening, or performing activities that could place pressure on the settings.
